If mastic, particularly OLD Mastic, needs to be cleaned from the Glazing Bars or Glass after removing as much as possible by carefully pulling or scraping away the bulk, remaining bits can be cleaned off with proprietary solvents that will remove any Oil based product. Take care to observe the solvent manufacturers instructions regarding use of their product.
Page 23
MOVING THE GREENHOUSE: Moving the Greenhouse is possible – simply reverse of the earlier instructions. However EXTREME CARE MUST BE TAKEN when removing the GLASS – see earlier WARNINGS!! Glass removal is better undertaken on WARM Days when the mastic is more pliable. You will more than likely break some of the glass and at very least Panes will need to be cleaned of the old mastic.
