    KEYBOARD MODULE Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Step 1 : Release EMI FABRIC tapes*2pcs, remove screws *9pcs, and remove SUB HINGES. Screws Spec Torque (kgf-cm) Step 2 : Disconnect and remove FFC *3pcs, unscrew screws *4pcs and remove WHEEL BD module. Step 3 : Disconnect WHEEL FFC, and remove WHEEL ROD from WHEEL BD.

    TOP CASE Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Step 1 : Remove screws *3pcs and remove TOUCHPAD, disconnect TP FFC and remove it from TOUCHPAD. Screws Spec Torque (kgf-cm) Step 2 : Release tapes, and then remove WIFI ANTENNA C3 & C4. Step 3 : Release ACETATE Cloth.

When assembly the WIFI ANTENNA, please follow EDP Cable(Red line)/ Tweeter Speaker(Green line)/ WIFI Ant C4(Blue line)/ WIFI Ant C3(Yellow line) mark to tidy cable, ANTENNA TAPES (Yellow mark) and TOP ANT GASKET (Red mark).

    LCD BEZEL Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Step 1 : Remove LCD BEZEL. Step 1-4, Due to some tapes behind the lower edge of bezel, please using plastic blade to teardown the bezel. Please follow the direction shown in the red arrow, to move plastic blade from left to right and peel the bezel away slowly.

    LCD PANEL Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Step 1 : Remove screws *6pcs, and disconnect connector (Yellow mark). Screws Spec Torque (kgf-cm) Step 2 : Remove Hinge caps *2pcs, and MAIN Hinges *2pcs. M2.5*2.7L (5,0.45) (K)#1 2.3±0.2 Step 3 : Pull out LCD adhesive *2pcs.

When reuse the LCD PANEL: Please use the fingertip to clean the residual glue on PANEL or BEZEL. When reuse the LCD COVER: Please paste new PANEL ADHESIVE *2pcs.

    LCD COVER Disassembly Notice Please be sure to pull out adapter and disconnect the battery. Step 1 : Disconnect connector, and remove MIC FPC. Step 2 : Remove CAMERA MODULE, and then remove MIC RUBBER *2pcs. Assembly Notice Disconnect (Blue mark) For MIC FPC assembly, please follow the mark below to fix FPC.
