PRODUCT OPERATION DOCKING STATION 1. Place the dock on a hard and level surface. 2. Plug in the power cord in place as shown in the figure below, check and confirm indicator on the docking station lights up, wrap excess wire around the cable holder at the back of docking station. - Page 14 PRODUCT OPERATION (cont.) 3. POSITIONING Please allow space around the docking station. Make sure that the wi-fi signal strength is also good in this position. - Make sure there are no power cords lying around. - Make sure when placing docking station that it is on a level surface. - Do not place docking station in direct sunlight, do not cover signal transmitting area with any objects, otherwise the robot vacuum will not be able to return to docking station automatically.

- Internet connection at your home - Wi-Fi network router set up at home. You must also have the ROBOTIKA App installed or updated on your smartphone or mobile device. Once entered email address, tap GET VERIFICATION CODE and an email will be sent your email address with a verification code. Enter this code. Now you can enter a password for your account.

Take out the main brush and pull out the bearing of the brush, turn and remove the caps along the marked unlocking direction. Remove Hair or dirt tangled on both ends of the brush.

my provac xwd wont connect to my bluetooth or wifi
The ROBOTIKA PROVAC-XWD will not connect to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network. It requires a compatible network, likely 2.4GHz. Additionally, the Wi-Fi module must be reset before remote control can be used.
