(rear of unit) SET UP TEMPERATURE SETTING The SDP-850 has a Preset temperature of 350°F (177°C) from the factory. Preset temperature is displayed when the Green “SEL” key is pressed. Preset temperature can by changed by the operator. - Page 4 Dough should be room temperature (between 60◦ TO 70◦ degrees F (15.6◦ TO 22◦ degrees C) for best results. SDP-850 OPERATION Verify that the displayed temperature is the same as the set up temperature. Swing the bottom platen away from the top.
- Page 5 CLEANING Turn unit OFF, and remove power cord from power outlet. Let unit cool down to room temperature. With a clean cloth, wipe off platens, handle and other surfaces. Do not use scouring pads or sharp objects to clean the platen surfaces. Clean the Stainless Steel surfaces with a S.S.

(parte trasera de la máquina). CONFIGURACIÓN AJUSTE DE TEMPERATURA La SDP-850 tiene la temperature Preestablecida de la fábrica a 350°F (177°C). La temperatura preestablecida se muestra cuando la tecla “SEL” Verde se oprime. La temperatura se puede cambiar por el operador. - Page 8 La masa debe estar a una temperatura ambiente (entre 60°F y 70°F / 15.6°C y 22°C) para mejor resultado. SDP-850 OPERACIÓN Verifique que la temperatura que se ve en la pantalla es la misma que la temperatura establecida. Gire la platina inferior alejándola de la parte superior.
- Page 9 LIMPIEZA Apague la máquina, desnchufe el cable de corriente. Deje que la máquina se enfríe hasta la temperatura ambiente. Con un paño, limpie las platinas, la manija y otras superficies. No use estropajos u objetos filosos para limpiar la superficie de la platina. Limpie las superficies de Acero Inoxidable con un limpiador S.S.
