Sollte diese Prüfung Abweichungen von der Funktionalität oder Sicherheit der Maschine aufweisen, muss das aufgezeichnet werden und innerhalb von 7 Tagen in einer schriftlichen Form der Firma Walter Schulze mitgeteilt werden. Arbeitgeber, Sicherheitsingenieur oder eine andere dazu befähigte Person muss diese Prüfung aufzeichnen. Bis zur Aufklärung dieser Situation ist es verboten die Presse zu benutzen. -

Hinweise für den Transport Die Pressen SCHULZE Blue Press 28x38 und SCHULZE Blue Press 38x38 werden für den Transport in einen Karton eingepackt und die Presse SCHULZE Blue Press 40x50 wird auf die Palette gestellt. Prüfen Sie gleich nach dem Erhalten der Presse, ob die Verpackung im ordnungsgemäßen Zustand ist und ob die Presse nicht beschädigt ist. -
Page 7: Installation Der Presse
Installation der Presse Die Presse befindet sich im Karton und muss ausgepackt werden. Das Herausnehmen und das platzieren der Presse muss durch zwei Personen durchgeführt werden. Stellen Sie die Presse waagerecht auf einen stabilen Untergrund ohne Rollen. Stromversorgung Die Presse muss an ein Stromnetz angeschlossen werden, an dem die Spannung 230VAC / 50Hz beträgt. Die Presse ist mit einem Stecker ausgestattet. -

Fehlermeldungen der Elektronik Die Elektronik der Presse überwacht die wichtigsten Funktionen der Presse. Presse aus. Danach schrauben Sie die Sicherungshalterung aus (Foto 1). Tauschen Sie die Sicherung (Fotos 2 - 3) und schrauben Sie diese wieder fest (Foto 4). Austausch der Hauptsicherung SCHULZE Blue Press 28x38, 38x38 Sollte die Maschine nach dem Einschalten nicht funktionieren und der Hauptschalter leuchtet nicht, müssen Sie die Hauptsicherung der Maschine überprüfen. -

Heizplatte ab und nehmen Sie die Wärmeisolierung ab (Foto 1). Dann Schrauben Sie die Thermosicherung ab (Foto 2) und Setzten Sie eine neue Thermosicherung ein (Foto 3). Genauso machen mit zweiten Thermosicherung (Foto 4). Im Fall der SCHULZE Blue Press 40x50 tauschen Sie beide Sicherungen aus. -

Garantiebestimmungen Schulze Transferpressen und Maschinen zum Farbdruck haben eine Garantie von 24 Monaten. Diese Garantie betrifft die gesamte Konstruktion der Maschine, mechanische Teile, Elektronik und Verkleidung. Verschleißteile wie Silikongummi, Sicherungen und Schutzbezüge sind von der Garantie ausgenommen. Thermosicherungen, Temperaturfühler, Tasten und Knöpfe und alle Federn in den Transferpressen und Maschinen zum Farbdruck bestimmt, haben eine Garantie von 6 Monaten. -

After receiving the machine, check the packaging. The testing should be protocoled. If any irregularities regarding functionality or safety are found during the testing, these has to be noted and reported to Walter Schulze GmbH in written form within 7 days. Until the clarification the machine can not be used. -

Notes regarding transportation The SCHULZE Blue Press 28x38 and SCHULZE Blue Press 38x38 are covered with a cardboard for transport and the SCHULZE Blue Press 40x50 is additionally fixed with the pallet. Right after receiving you should check, if the cardboard and the machine are in good condition without damages. -

Power supply voltage The SCHULZE Blue Press has to be connected to a voltage of 230VAC/ 50Hz. The press is equipped with a power plug. Make sure that the power outlet is in the right condition and that the grounding is connected to the power outlet. -

The fuse 10A is situated on the left side of the machine and has to be replaced by an authorized person, after consulting and confirming the failure with the supplier. -

Instruction for the replacement of the electronic devices There is an electronic module in the heat press. It controls the temperature and the time of the machine. It is situated in the upper part of he press. To replace the electronic turn off the heat press, remove the plug from the socket and wait, till the heat press gets cold. Lose the screws on both sides of the heat press (picture 1). -

Warranty terms and conditions Schulze heat presses and machine used for printings have a warranty for 24 month. This warranty includes the whole construction of the machine, mechanical elements, electronic device and covers. Expandable parts, fuses and safety covers are not included in the warranty terms. Thermo fuses, temperature sensor, switches and buttons, and all springs in the machines have a warranty for 6 months. -
