To transfer photos from a Canon IXUS 130 camera to a phone after downloading them to a laptop, follow these steps:

1. Transfer Photos to Laptop
- Connect the Canon IXUS 130 to the laptop using a USB cable.
- Open Canon CameraWindow software and select "Import Images from Camera", then "Import Untransferred Images".
- After transfer completion, the images will be saved in the Pictures folder, sorted by date.
- Disconnect the camera.

2. Move Photos to Phone
- Using a USB Cable: Connect the phone to the laptop via USB, enable file transfer mode, and copy the images to the phone’s storage.
- Using Cloud Storage: Upload the images to a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) from the laptop, then download them on the phone.
- Using Bluetooth: If both the laptop and phone support Bluetooth, pair them and send the images via Bluetooth.
- Using Wi-Fi Transfer Apps: Use apps like SHAREit or Google Photos to wirelessly transfer images from the laptop to the phone.

Choose the method that best suits your available devices and internet access.
