I just received my 511i. At start up the app says my air quality is excellent. I can’t believe it’s excellent. We have allergies. How can I confirm the air quality sensor is working ?

To confirm the air quality sensor is working on the Blueair Blue Pure 511i Max:
1. Check the LED indicator on the purifier, which displays air quality status in five colors from excellent (blue) to very polluted (red). 2. Ensure there are no objects or dust around the air quality sensors located at the back of the purifier. 3. If the sensor is showing incorrect levels, disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet, wait approximately 30 seconds, then reconnect it and turn the purifier back on. 4. Observe if the air quality indicator changes in response to air conditions. 5. If the air quality does not improve despite proper use and ventilation, contact support for assistance.
