INTRODUCTION
This troubleshooting guide is intended to provide guidance through the assembly process and
frequently asked questions you may encounter while assembling your cat tree.
RESOLVING KNOWN ISSUES
My cat tree feels wobbly and unstable.
Make sure to re-tighten all the screws using the provided Allen Wrench.
Make sure to use all washers when indicated in the instructions.
For additional stability, place the cat tree against a wall.
For maximum stability, use the added stability rope and wrap around the middle plush posts. Use
the included tools to secure it into the wall. Cut off excess rope if applicable.
My cat does not want to use the cat tree.
Cats need time to adjust to new spaces.
Use catnip to sprinkle on the tree or add their favourite treats to each level to promote climbing.
Add their scent to the tree. Place their blanket, nail shedding, or fur onto the tree for them to feel
more comfortable.
NOTE: Avoid adding any citrus scents as cats tend to avoid this scent.
My cat overused the scratcher and I need a new one.
