how do I clear stuck paper
1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
February 10, 2025
To clear stuck paper from a Canon TS3600 Series printer, follow these steps:
1. If the paper is rolled up, gently pull it out. 2. Slowly pull out the paper to avoid tearing it. 3. Ensure all jammed paper is removed. If the paper tears, check for any remaining bits in the printer: - Under the FINE cartridge holder. - In any small spaces inside the printer. - In the left and right empty spaces (B) in the printer. 4. Close the printer cover. 5. Plug in the printer and turn it back on. 6. All print jobs will be canceled, so restart the print job.
Note: When reloading paper, ensure it is suitable and loaded correctly. If a paper jam message appears after clearing the jam, check the printer again for any remaining paper. If the problem persists, contact Canon for repair.
