8. Once the rim is apart, carefully remove the old tire and replace it with a
new one, ensuring the rubber seal is seated properly into the grooves.
Be careful not to damage the rubber seal as it will cause air leakage.
9. Press down on the rim to close it and screw in the five short screws,
tightening them diagonally for a secure fit.
10. Reattach the rim to the motor core using the six long screws, tightening
them diagonally in a pattern.
11. Place the motor back onto the swing arm with the hook washers and
securely tighten the two nuts.
