To adjust the ram on a Dover Marathon RamJet RJ-450 HD/PC:

1. Extend the ram until it bottoms out.
2. Slowly turn the relief valve adjustment screw until the pressure reaches the value in the chart (2000 psi for RJ-450).
3. Tighten the relief valve adjustment lock-nut.
4. Replace and tighten the pressure switch top cover.
5. Reset T1 or T2 to the proper setting.
6. Cycle the unit and confirm it shuts down at the end of the cycle.

This compactor is equipped with a key operated locking system. Keys should be in possession of only authorized personnel. Turn off and remove the key after use.
