    Safety instructions Safety instructions Intended use This device is intended to be used for electronic sound generation using a piano keyboard. Use the device only as described in this user manual. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.
  • Page 7 Safety instructions NOTICE! Damage to an external power supply due to high voltages! The device can be powered by an external power supply. The external power supply can be damaged if it is operated with the incor‐ rect voltage or if high voltage peaks occur. In the worst case, excess voltages can also cause a risk of injury and fires. Make sure that the voltage specification on the external power supply matches the local power grid before plugging in the power supply.

    Installation Installation The device can be operated via the supplied USB-C cable. Connect the cable to a suitable power supply (item no. 278119) and connect it to the power supply. Alternatively the device can be operated with 4 × AAA batteries. Turn the device over, gently press the battery compartment cover and slide it outwards.
