    USING THE CONTROL PANEL FUNCTIONS Once you’ve selected a function below, you can change temperature/shade and time/slices. NOTE: The Dehydrate, Reheat, Keep Warm, Cookies, and Proof functions are not included on all models. TOP OVEN: BROIL: Evenly broil meats or fish and brown the tops of casseroles.
  • Page 6 CONTROL PANEL DISPLAY & OPERATING BUTTONS (Power) button: Press to turn the unit on and off. Time display: Shows the cook time. The time will count down when cooking is in progress. PREHEAT: PRE will display on the clock while the oven is preheating.

  • Page 8 USING YOUR DOUBLE OVEN USING THE COOKING FUNCTIONS IN TWO OVENS The oven has 1 available rack position in the top oven and 2 available rack positions in the bottom oven for sliding accessories into the unit. Positioning the Racks Each cook function corresponds to a specific oven and rack level.
