The external mirrors on a 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer may not light up when a moving vehicle is detected because this is normal system operation. The LCA (Lane Change Alert) mirror displays do not light up unless specific conditions are met. The system may also not operate if the sensors in the rear bumper corners are covered with mud, dirt, snow, ice, or slush, or in heavy rain. Additionally, the system requires some driving for calibration and may not activate when passing a vehicle quickly, for a stopped vehicle, or if roadside objects interfere.
