    FAQ/TROUBLESHOOTING My Mobile phone will not connect to the head unit • If you are having trouble connecting your phone to the head unit, try restarting your phone and try again. • It is also recommended to do a factory reset on the head unit as this will solve most of the connection issues between your phone and your head unit.
