5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
5.1 Cleaning the air filter
Dust collects on the filter and restricts airflow. The restricted airflow reduces the efficiency of the
system and if it becomes clogged, it can cause damage to the product.
The air filter should be cleaned regularly (on average every 2 weeks). The air filter is removable
for easy cleaning. Do not use the product without the air filter or the evaporator may become
contaminated.
1.
Press POWER to turn off the product and unplug the power
cord.
2. Open the air intake and remove the filter mesh.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck dust from the filter.
4. Rinse the air filter under running water. Run the water
through the filter in the opposite direction of the air flow.
5. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling it.

The product is not standing
firmly on a flat surface.
Parts are loose or vibrating.
Refrigerant is flowing.
Communication errors
between the main board
and the display board.
Ambient temperature sensor
malfunction.
Boiler temperature sensor
malfunction.
The water tank is full.
Place the product on a
horizontal and firm surface.
Secure the parts securely.
This is normal. There is noise
coming from the flowing
refrigerant.
Check if the display board
wiring harness is damaged.
Contact customer service if
damaged.
Check if the connector
is damaged or dirty.
