The Product X-Pole's new Aerial A-Frame is perfect for Aerial Fitness, Yoga, Aerial Hoop/Lyra, Hammock, Silks, Static Trapeze & Suspension Training. The A-Frame can be used from 2255mm (89") up to 3480mm (137") with multiple heights being selectable in-between. Adjustable/Multiple Heights using the telescopic legs – can be used indoors or outdoors.

Checking The Parts Please check the contents of your A-FRAME with the contents (Fig 3.1) If anything is missing or damaged, please contact your point of purchase or call your local X-POLE office immediately (contact details on the back page).

Tail of Pin Head of Pin Head of pin outside of A-Frame 1. Lay the top bar on the ground as illustrated above. 2. Insert the leg starting with the hole at the bottom in the Leg Connector. Place the leg into the Leg Connector and line up the holes on the legs with the holes in the Leg Connector.

Head of pin outside of A-Frame As the A-FRAME will be assembled on the floor and then lifted into position, it is important to allow enough space to do so. When lifted into position, make sure the feet are flat, by gently shaking the 2 legs each person is holding and slowly pulling outwards.

With one person lifting – the legs can then be extended and pinned back into position (please ensure that the pins are positioned in the inside of the A-Frame & the legs are pinned back into position using the adjustment line to align).

Clip the hook onto the pin. Note: The straps can be attached to any pin, even if it is being used to lock the height of the legs.
