Print Head Cleaning The print head is located underneath the roll paper passage at the exit. You can clean the thermal sensitive elements of the print head and paper roll sensor gently by using a cotton swab moistened with isopropyl alcohol solvent. - Page 6 of the plastic cotter at the outside opening of the hole on wall. Use a hammer to tap the plastic cotter in gently if necessary. Insert the attached screws into the plastic cotter and screw in but leaving about 7 mm or 9/32”...
