The Motak MECO-1-208 oven is factory supplied for 208 VAC or 240 VAC. It can be converted from three-phase to single-phase by changing the wiring on the terminal block. To connect the cable, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the oven is installed according to local, state, and national electrical codes. 2. Refer to the wiring diagram on pages 11 and 12 of the manual. 3. If needed, reconfigure the wiring on the terminal block for single-phase operation. 4. Securely connect the power cable to the designated connection points. 5. If the oven is on casters, install a restraining device to prevent strain on the electrical connection.
Always follow safety precautions and consult a qualified electrician for installation.
