The temperature inside the Newentor Q7 may remain constant if the indoor temperature changes less than 1.8°F (1°C) in 1 minute, as the main unit updates the temperature reading every 30 seconds in such cases. If the temperature change exceeds 1.8°F (1°C) in 1 minute, the update frequency increases to every 10 seconds. If the temperature is not updating, it could be due to a lack of significant temperature change within the update intervals.

To stop the alarm on the Newentor Q7, press any button on the main unit except the “ :tt/ZZ ” button. If no button is pressed, the alarm will automatically stop after 2 minutes and sound again after 24 hours.
To fix the outside temperature registration issue, reset the weather station: 1. Use a sharp, thin object to press the "RESET" button on the back of the main unit. 2. Remove and reinsert the batteries. 3. If using a power cord, unplug the adapter and plug it back in. 4. If additional batteries are inserted, briefly remove and reinsert them as well.
After restoring power, the display will show all symbols briefly, light up, and emit a beep, indicating a reset.
