TOP TIPS
Please read these instructions carefully before assembly. For further assistance
please view our assembly video online for an easy step by step demonstration.
Aluminium is a soft metal and over tightening may strip the thread or break the part,
please loosely assemble your furniture before tightening to secure.
Please do not use power tools, please use a Philips screwdriver to assemble the
pergola.
Please allow 60 minutes for assembly.
Assembly will require
All pergola's must be assembled and secured to a level hard ground for stability – we advise
customers to lay concrete pads for the pergola to stand on and be secured to, if laying on a
lawned area permanently.
The leg poles must be placed straight onto the ground (90 degrees while connecting with the
beams). The distance of the two leg poles must be kept the same distance apart from the base
to the top of the frame.
During assembly, the spacing between the leg poles should be consistent with the spacing of
the slots on both ends of the crossbeams, and the main upright leg poles should be kept 90
degrees vertical on the ground to avoid buckling .
The slots on both ends of the crossbeam must be assembled to the two upright leg poles
simultaneously by two people (do no assemble one end first and another end later).
