Pro-Panel
Emergency Stop 1. E-Stop pressed.
Fault 2. E-Stop wiring problem.
Low Battery Warning 1. Battery voltage too low.
Very Low Battery 1. Battery voltage too low.
Warning
Main Scrub CAN 1. Main Scrub/Solution Delivery
Communication Fault Module is not communicating
properly.
2. Main Scrub/Solution Delivery
Module lost power (wiring issue).
3. Circuit breaker supplying power to
Main Scrub/Solution Delivery Module
tripped.
4. Main Scrub/Solution Delivery
Module may be damaged.
Water Pickup CAN 1. Combo Module (Water Pickup) is
Communication Fault not communicating properly.
2. Combo Module (Water Pickup) lost
power (wiring issue).
3. Circuit breaker supplying power
to Combo Module (Water Pickup)
tripped.
4. Combo Module (Water Pickup) may
be damaged.
Side Scrub CAN 1. Side Scrub Module is not
Communication Fault communicating properly.
2. Side Scrub Module lost power
(wiring issue).
3. Circuit breaker supplying power to
Side Scrub Module tripped.
4. Side Scrub Module may be
damaged.
EcH2O CAN 1. ec-H2O Module is not
Communication Fault communicating properly.
2. ec-H2O Module lost power (wiring
issue).
3. Circuit breaker supplying power to
ec-H2O Module tripped.
4. ec-H2O Module may be damaged.
Side Sweep CAN 1. Side Sweep/Vacuum Module is not
Communication Fault communicating properly.
2. Side Sweep/Vacuum Module lost
power (wiring issue).
3. Circuit breaker supplying power to
Side Sweep/Vacuum Module tripped.
4. Side Sweep/Vacuum Module may
be damaged.
Remedy
1. Key off machine.
2. Press and reset E-Stop button.
3. Key on machine.
4. If fault persists, check harness
connections between E-Stop and Propel
Controller.
5. Replace or repair harness.
6. Replace E-Stop.
1. Charge battery.

1. Power cycle machine.
2. Check circuit breaker supplying power to
Main Scrub/Solution Delivery Module.
3. No communication with Main Scrub/
Solution Delivery Module - Check CAN
Line reference (2.2v each line) and 5VDC
voltage regulator and to Motor Encoders.
1. Power cycle machine.
2. Check circuit breaker supplying power to
Combo Module (Water Pickup).
3. No communication with Combo Module
(Water Pickup).
1. Power cycle machine.
2. Check circuit breaker supplying power to
Side Scrub Module.
3. No communication with Side Scrub
Module - Check CAN Line reference
(2.2v ea. line) and 5VDC voltage regulator
and to Motor Encoders.
1. Power cycle machine.
2. Check circuit breaker supplying power to
ec-H2O Module.
3. No communication with ec-H2O Module.
1. Power cycle machine.
2. Check circuit breaker supplying power to
Side Sweep/Vacuum Module.
3. No communication with Side Sweep/
Vacuum Module.
