- Page 2 Introduction This instruction manual contains important information for the safe operation of equipment supplied by Schaudt. Make sure you read and follow the safety instructions provided. The instruction manual should always be kept in the vehicle. All safety infor- mation must be passed on to other users.
- Page 3 These functions are required to connect additional position lights and fog lights, or day/night-time driving lights, for example. The AD 01 adapter also provides the ability to connect a voltage as soon as the engine is running (amplification of D+ signal; leads itself to the connec- ting up of consumers having a high power consumption -- these can then only be started up when the vehicle engine is running).

Damage to the adapter or cable fire: To protect the supply lines in the event of a short circuit, connect the fuses directly to the positive terminal of battery.
