  • Page 8 STEP 1 Start by taking out the front and side bars from your MK2 Carp-Porter, this will make it easier to attach the rear Tri-Porter leg bar and wheels. STEP 2 Remove the Y bar and handle bars.
  • Page 9 STEP 4 Remove rear leg bar from Carp-Porter, it is not necessary to remove the front wheel from frame keep this in place.
  • Page 10 STEP 5 Attach rear leg bar (D) to frame using the M6 bolts, nuts and washers. STEP 6 In order to attach rear wheels take the Tri-Porter rear leg bar (D) and fix to frame. Ensure the rear leg locking pin locates in the corresponding hole in the side of frame.

  • Page 12 STEP 9 Attach rear leg assembly (A) onto rear leg bar (D) ensuring the holes on the adjustable legs are facing the same way as the locking pin and the flat side to the hand screw (E). Using the locking pin adjust the leg to your desired height.

  • Page 14 STEP 1 Turn the barrow over so it is standing on the wheels. STEP 2 Take the rear folding handles (B) and locate the corresponding holes on the handle arms (H).
  • Page 15 STEP 3 Now you can fix the folding handles (B) on the handle arms(H) as shown, using M5 bolts and nuts. STEP 4 Place the folding handle assembly into the handle bars (C). Tighten hand screws (E) to lock into place.

    STEP 5 Now you can attach the handle assembly to the frame, locating the frame tubes with the arms. Used the hand screws (E) at either side of the frame and lock into place.

  • Page 18 Finally check all hand screws are tightened correctly, the wheels are inflated to the recommended pressure of 20 psi and the bolts, nuts and hand screws on the wheel axles and handles are tight. STEP 2 You should now have your converted MK2 Carp-Porter into a Tri-Porter.
