Factory Reset - QCY Crossky Link User Manual

Connection
Power off the headset and keep pressing the on/off button for three seconds to turn it
connectable. On the phone, search for QCY Crossky Link and tap it to connect to it.

Factory Reset

Power on the headset and disconnect it from the device. Then keep pressing the volume
button (+) and volume button (-) for five seconds or until LED blinks red and white three
times to reset it to factory settings. The headset will automatically power off after
successful factory reset.
