It seems like my plus/deluxe heating pad is having an error. It turns off in 20 minutes or less, the level 4 wave light flashes and I have to unplug it to get it to reset- the power button doesn't do anything once that happens.

The Kaz SoftHeat heating pad turning off in 20 minutes or less with a flashing level 4 wave light could be caused by its automatic shut-off safety feature. To resolve this, restart the heating pad by setting the controller to "off" and then reselecting the desired heat setting. For the Deluxe model with a Therapy Timer, press the flashing power button first, then set the controller to the desired heat setting.

Heating pad shuts off shortly after setting desired temperature or when cord is moved.

The Kaz SoftHeat heating pad has an automatic shut-off safety feature that turns it off after a set period, depending on the selected timer setting (30 to 120 minutes). Additionally, if the controller is flashing and the pad is not producing heat, it may have activated the safety shut-off. Moving the cord or improper connections could also trigger this shutdown. Restarting the pad by pressing the power button and reselecting the desired heat setting may resolve the issue.
