You can mark track numbers either manually or

Marking track numbers automatically
(Track Marking Function)
Tlw deck adds track marks differently in the lullowing
Cases:
• When recording from CUsor MDs with "01*1"
selected by the INPUT button (when recording from
a CD or MD connected through the I >ICilTAL
omcAL IN dMinedor):
1 he deck marks track numbers automatically
according to the tnlormation contained in the source
being recorded
I luwcver, the deck may not automatically mark trai k
numbers when recording from some CD players and
multi dm* players.
• When you make an CD Synchro-Recording Isoe

• In all other cases:
li "T Mark I.Syn" is selected in Setup Menu, the deck
marks a new track number w henever the signal
drops to the specified level or below for about
15 seconds or longer, then rise, to a specified level
