SOLUTION
Fill Water Tank.
Remove Mop Head and clean
the nozzle.
Press the Steam button.
Turn the Steam Control Knob
clockwise to MAX.
Ensure the appliance is plugged
in and turned ON.
Make sure that the unit is
plugged into a proper outlet and
that the switch is ON.
Check your fuse or breaker.
Make sure that the Steam Mop
Base is securely attached onto
the Steam Mop Head.
