Für den Einbau Gaszählern sind ferner Richtlinien Gasversorgungsunternehmens (GVU) oder in Deutschland des DVGW- Arbeitsblattes G600 (DVGW-TRGI) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung zu beachten. Wird der Gaszähler im Freien gelagert oder eingebaut, den Standort vor Regen schützen.
