Note that the installation position of the circlip needs to
be in the top slot.
To assemble the tine left blades (view from
the operator's working position)
1. Put the main blades holder on the bench with pin
hole facing the operator. Mount the two right
blades(blades nose to left) and two left
blades(blades nose to right) on the main holder, then
tighten them with bolts, spring washer and nuts as
figure Fig. 27.
Note the blades edge should be away from the operator.
2. Mount two right blades and two left blades refer to
Fig. 28 and Fig. 29, then tighten them with bolts, nuts
and spring washers.
Note the blades arrangement should be helical.
3. Mount the four left blades on the secondary blades
holder refer to Fig. 30, then tighten them with bolts,
nuts and spring washers.
4. Assemble the secondary blades holder on the main
blades holder refer to Fig. 31 , tighten them with bolts
M8*45, spring washers 8, flat washer 8 and Nut M8.
5. Mount the blades assembly to the output shaft and fix
it with pin 8*50 and circlip refer to Fig. 26 and Fig. 32.
Note that the installation position of the circlip needs to
be in the top slot.
6. Refer to the illustration for an overview of the bolts,
screws, nuts and washers that is necessary to
assemble the tine blades. (Fig. 20)
7. Obey the instructions in the illustrations below.
Note:
The illustrations only show the assembly of the
tine blades on the right side. The same instructions are
applicable on the left side. Make sure that the sharp
edges point in the same direction on the right and left
tine blades.
To assemble the product
1. Refer to Fig. 33 to mount the blades connector on the
tow bar, then insert the circlip and pin.
2. Refer to Fig. 34 to mount the resistance rod on the
connector, adjust the height of resistance rod then
insert the pin 8*43 and circlip.

To do before you operate the product
Do an inspection of the work area. Remove all loose
objects that can eject from the product and cause
serious injury to the operator or others. Such items
include stones, glass or steel wire.
Do a check of the engine oil level and fill engine oil if
it is necessary.

3. Mount the handle frame on the handle seat, insert
M16*140 bolt and locking knob refer to Fig. 35.
4. Adjust the handle frame to a suitable height and
angle to the operator, tighten the locking knob refer
to Fig. 36, 37.
5. Adjust the clutch handle to upper position,and lock
the handle bolt as shown in Fig. 38.
6. Install the cable cover. (Fig. 39, 40)
a) Adjust the position of clutch bolt, shutoff cable, throttle cable,
reverse cable as shown in Fig. 39.
b) Mount the rubber cable holder on the handle frame, insert the
cables into the slots as shown in Fig. 39, 40.
c) Install the cable cover on the handle frame, tighten it wit
M6*16 bolts and washer 6 as shown in Fig. 40.
7. Install the tine cover (Fig. 41-45)
a) Mount the rear blades cover bracket on tow bar, tighten i
with M10*25 bolt, flat washer 10, spring washer 10 and M10
nut as shown in Fig. 41.
b) Mount the front blades cover brackets on the engine bracket,
tighten them with M10*20 bolt, flat washer 10 and spring
washer 10 as shown in Fig. 42.
c) Mount left side cover on left blades cover, right side cover on
right blades cover,tighten them with M6*16 bolts, washer 6
and M6 nut as shown in Fig. 43.
d) Mount the blades covers on the blades cover bracket,
connect the side covers by the side cover connecting plate,
then tighten them with M6*16 bolts, washer 6, flat washer 6
and M6 nuts as shown in Fig. 44.
e) Mount the extension blade covers on the blades cover
separately and tighten them with M6*16 bolts, washer 6, flat
washer 6 and M6 nuts as shown in Fig. 45.
8. Insert the gear lever into the rubber sleeve of the
handle seat, snap it into the hole of the gear arm,
and limit the position with circlip as shown in Fig. 46.
9. After assembly, tighten all bolts and nuts again.
CAUTION:
Speak to an approved servicing dealer for
that task.
To install the PTO connection for
accessories
1. Install as shown in the illustration.(Fig. 47)

Operation

Do a check of the oil level of the gearbox and fill oil if
it is necessary.
Do a check of the fuel level and fill fuel if it is
necessary.
Do an overhaul of the product.
a) Replace worn or damaged parts.
b) Do a check for fuel leaks.
c) Make sure that all guards and covers are installed correctly.
Do not disassemble the product.
