 Use a cable tie at the top to secure the disposal
bag on the back row of filter cartridges.
 Loosen the fastening nuts on the back row of filter
cartridges, but don't screw them completely out.
 Loosen the back row of filter cartridges one after
the other by turning them left (counter-clockwise),
and carefully remove them.
 Dispose of the filter cartridges according to local
regulations.
 Now clean the accessible interior and drawer area
toward the drawer (downward) with a broom or
vacuum cleaner.
 Insert new filter cartridge and rubber seal upward.
 Turn the filter cartridge clockwise until the bayonet
locks snap in.
 Hand tighten the fastening nut with disk.
 If an antistatic version of the filter cartridges is
used, first attach the earthing cable to the earthing
screw.
 Insert all filter cartridges one after the other and
secure them.
 Insert the filter unit cover into the housing.
 Secure all of the cover's sash locks one after the
other.
 Reconnect the compressed air supply.
Tools needed:
 Square socket wrench (for sash lock)
 SW 17 open-end wrench (for fastening nuts)
 Cable tie
 Disposal bag (ESTA item No.: 06000359)
Broom or vacuum cleaner (e.g. ESTA EUROSOG
industrial vacuum cleaner)
Cleaning the filter cartridge in a dismantled state by blowing it out or
beating it is not permissible.
