Magic stairs wont retract
The Majic Attic Lift may not retract due to cable stretch. To fix this, raise the basket until it completely stops on its own, then press and hold the “Up” and “Down” arrow buttons simultaneously until the basket jogs. Use the “Up” arrow to bump the basket until the door just closes, then hold the “My” button until the basket jogs.
