    2. GENERAL INFORMATION 2.1 Design and Features Tomahawk Foggers are your best solution for fighting annoying mosquitoes. Great for year-round use, this fogger is perfect for applying pesticides in the spring and summer, and excellent leaf blowing solution in the Autumn and Winter.

    5. ADDING CHEMICALS Some chemicals sprayed with the fogger can contain toxic substances which can lead to serious side effects and injury. Avoid direct contact with chemicals and always follow the instructions of the chemical manufacturer. Always wear the proper clothing and chemical protection. Its important to dilute your chemicals according to the chemical manufacturers specifications.

    Tomahawk Power, LLC recommends that you retain all receipts covering maintenance on your small engine/ equipment, but Tomahawk Power, LLC cannot deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or for your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.

If the part fails during the period of warranty coverage, the part will be repaired or replaced by Tomahawk Power, LLC according to Subsection (4) below.
