    Navigate Through the Menus The navigation key on your phone lets you scroll through onscreen items. To navigate through a menu, press the navigation key up or down.     Receive Phone Calls Your phone notifies you of incoming calls in the following ways: The phone rings or vibrates. The LED indicator flashes. The backlight illuminates. The screen displays an incoming call message. If the incoming call is from a number stored in your Contacts, the entry’s name is displayed. The caller’s phone number may also be displayed, if available.

    Tip: One way to easily ensure that your contacts have your correct number is to call them so that they can save your number from their Call Log. Ask them for their contact information. Remember you will need all digits of the number to make a successful call. Also, if they have a Nextel phone or a separate number for Direct Connect, you will need to enter asterisks (*) between sets of numbers.
