- Conference speaker with bluetooth 3.0 receiver.

CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

CONNECTION TO A PERSONAL COMPUTER OR LAPTOP
- Connect the conference speaker VCON-A3U to the computer using the USB cable provided.
- The computer will automatically recognise the device as "MEETEASY USB AUDIO". Select this device to
make the device operate as a loudspeaker/microphone.
Note: no further configuration is required in order to operate the conference speaker.
- The device can be used with the most commom video conference programs available on the market.
- If the conference speaker is connected to the computer, the operating switch can be moved to the OFF
position (located next to the mini USB charging connector), since the computer provides the power
required in order to operate the device.
CONNECTION TO BLUETOOTH DEVICE
- Pair the conference speaker with the bluetooth module of a smartphone, tablet or other bluetooth device.
To do so, follow the steps described below:
1)
Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds. The LED indicator on the bluetooth button will light
up in blue.
2)
With the bluetooth option activated in your smartphone or tablet, select the "MEETEASY" device
from the list of bluetooth devices. At that moment, your smartphone or tablet will be paired with the
conference speaker. The LED indicator on the Bluetooth button will remain permanently lit in blue.
- If you receive a telephone call, you can reply with a short press of the Bluetooth button. To end the call,
make another short press of this button.
If you wish to reject an incoming call, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds.
- To deactivate this mode in the conference speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds.
The LED indicator on the button will go off.
