1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and insert them into
your ears (> 25). The distance between the earbuds and the Blue-
tooth device should not exceed 40"/1 m.
2. Simultaneously touch and hold the right and the left touch control
panel for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Pairing" and
a beep.
The LEDs of the earbuds flash blue and red. The earbuds are in
pairing mode.
3. Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device.
4. Via the menu of your Bluetooth device, start the search for new
Bluetooth devices.
All active Bluetooth devices in the proximity of your device are
displayed.
From the list of found Bluetooth devices, select "MOMENTUM TW
4". If necessary, enter the default pin code "0000".
If pairing was successful, you hear the voice prompt "Pairing suc-
cessful" and the LEDs of the earbuds flash blue 3x.
If no connection is established within 2 minutes, pairing mode
is terminated and the earbuds switch to idle mode. If neces-
sary, repeat the steps described above.
If the earbuds are not paired with any Bluetooth device (the
pairing list is empty), pairing mode is permanently active.

Hello, my sennheiser momentum 4 earbuds (model MTW4C) are no longer connecting via Bluetooth to any device. I've tried the classic off and on tactic. Ran them out of battery, recharged and reattempted on multiple devices. Also turned my device's and bluetooth off and on. I have unpaired from earbuds but I can no longer pair back again. Earbuds do not show up anymore in available Bluetooth devices. They no longer connect to devices I have already paired with as they did successfully yesterday automatically. Ear bud flashing green and red light. Still tells me when when earbuds are running low on charge but will not connect via Bluetooth to any device. How can I solve this problem? Thanks
To fix Bluetooth connectivity issues with Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 earbuds without doing a factory reset:
1. Put both earbuds back into the charging case.
2. Close the case to power cycle the earbuds.
3. Wait a few seconds, then remove the earbuds from the case.
This soft reset can help resolve pairing issues, connection problems, or sound glitches without deleting pairing information.

@Mr. Anderson unfortunately this did not work. How to perform factory reset? I am having trouble finding reset information in the manual. Thanks
@ mr anderson I have also downloaded the smart control app but that also is unable to connect. I know my phone is not the issue as I have tried on multiple other devices and none will connect. I think I should add I only have one ear bud other unfortunately got flushed down toilet haha... One single earbud has been connecting and working without a problem for at least 3months since I flushed it. But now no connection, can I still reset with only one ear bud. Or do I need two?
How do I change the resident host announcing voice to something less obnoxious and more pleasant? Or turn her off completely? I constantly get “device disconnected/connected” announcements every time there’s momentary glitch in the Bluetooth signal, which is quite often. About every 3 minutes even with my phone in my shirt pocket. This happens w both Note 9 and S25 Ultra.
