@ Transmitting command
Transmitting command is composed of 1 word 12bits.
C1 - C3 is code bit and H, $1, S2 are hold signal and single signal code. D1 - D6 is
a key input data code with 6 bits.

Code bit is sent to the one port by dynamic pins (T1, T2, T3) connected to Diode.
By connecting diode to code pins, data of C1 ~ C3 code bit becomes 1 by T1 ~ T3.
If they are not connected, it becomes 0.
