When
operating the EL-811
on AC adaptor, this lamp indicates
at all times. This lamp also indicates during rapid charging.
When
the battery voltage is below the normal
limit, this lamp
will be lit and will gradually fade as the battery voltage increases.
This state indicates batteries have been charged up to some extent.
