Problem
The controller screen
displays nothing or "P"
The controller screen
displays "E"
The display screen works
normally, but the product
does not seem to work
(heat up).
The controller gets hot.
If the above solution can not solve the problem, contact customer
service for more advice.
Cause
The controller plug or
power supply is not
properly connected.
There might be a short
circuit in internal
connection
The heating level is low
or the heating time is
too short.
Make sure the controller
is not covered when in
use.
Solution
First ensure that the controller
is connected properly. Turn
off the controller, unplug
from the power outlet and
reconnect the controller.
Please reset the product. If
the controller still display"E",
stop using the product and
contact manufacturer.
Please choose a higher
heating level and extend
the warm-up time properly.
It is normal for the controller
to become slightly warm
after a long period of
operation.
