- Page 4 Step 1: Position the radiator on your chosen wall and using a spirit level check that the radiator is level both vertically and horizontally. Using a pencil, mark the top & bottom fixing brackets ready for drilling & securing. Drain down the heating system in preparation to connect the radiator.
- Page 5 Step 2: Drill the wall using an appropriately sized drill bit and insert the rawl plugs. Secure the top and bottom fixing brackets using the screws provided. Step 3: Wrap the threaded valve tails with P.T.F.E tape and inset the tails into the radiator tapping’s.
- Page 6 Step 4: Install both the flow and return pipework. Step 5: Screw the vent plug into the radiator and tighten using an adjustable wrench. Refill the heating system and bleed the radiator of any air using a screwdriver/vent key. Step 6: Switch on the central heating, bring the radiator up to full heat and check all joints for leaks.
