The first timer activated for duplicate products will be green, while the second timer will be orange. Verify that the timers on the EHB have started and match the green and yellow on the Chef screen.

Verify that this is the case. If the numbers are NOT 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000, manually set them by pressing to move right, press to move left, to scroll through blinking digits 0-9.
