Description
Select the performance state that the BIOS
will set starting from reset vector.
Allows more than two frequency ranges to
be supported.
Enable/Disable Race To Halt feature. RTH
will dynamically increase CPU frequency in
order to enter pkg C-State faster to reduce
overall power. (RTH is controlled through
VPX3-TL BIOS
