WHEEL BRAKE
1. Fix body in a vice and remove plug
Use a hexagonal bar wrench.
Width across flats: 17 mm
0.67 in.
• Remove O–ring with fingers.
When fixing in the vice, be careful not to hold the
flow divider mounting face.
Parts marked *are supplied in the parts kit.
2. Remove bolt from body
ring .
Pull out washer and input piston assembly
carefully.
FD100/115 only
• Turn hole on disassembled side of body to face
down and spring will come out.
When disassembling cup
scratch piston.
Nut
If it is loosened, the stroke of piston or hydraulic
pressure must be adjusted.
3. Insert a bar to spool hole
valve assembly .
Outside diameter of hole: 13 mm
Do not push hard.
