We have had this product for about a year. We hadn't used it in a couple of months (was stored in cool/dry and cleaned/dried before storage). We plugged it in and the fan comes on and it runs, no errors, but it's not taking any water out of the room. It ran for 12 hrs with NO water in tank after that. When we realized that, we unplugged and the unit was warm to the touch. We can't find anything that addresses this in troubleshooting. (Note - we tried again today and after an hour still no water in tank.) What is wrong?
