The Network cannot process your call at this time or, you or the other party are
not valid on the Network
or,
the other party cannot be reached and the
Network cannot queue your call request
NoReply - The call was rejected by the Network, because the called
mobile was either out of range or switched off.
The call has been acknowledged by the Network. More information to follow.
