NOTE: Whether or not Smart Connect is enabled, the WiFi security for the
6 GHz WiFi network is set at WPA3-Personal. This security option enables
WiFi devices that support WPA3 to join the 6 GHz WiFi network. WPA3 is
the latest security standard, uses SAE encryption, and is required to join
the 6 GHz WiFi network.

Change the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, or 6 GHz WiFi
channel
You can change the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz , or 6 GHz WiFi channel.
In some regions, not all channels are available. Do not change the channel unless you
experience interference (shown by lost connections or slow data transfers). If this
happens, experiment with different channels to see which is the best.
When you use multiple access points, it is better if adjacent access points use channels
as distant from each other as possible to reduce interference.
NOTE: If you change the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, or 6 GHz channel, the change also
applies to the guest network.
To change the WiFi channel:
1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to the
router network.
2. Enter http://www.routerlogin.net.
A login window displays.
3. Enter the router admin user name and password.
The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified when you set
up your router. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Select Wireless.
