  • Page 3 Preset Hook Spanner 1. The Hook Spanner Tool (QDTPMS35-1) is used to make reaching the upper portion of the scale easier for the user. As the tool is rotated, the tool can become more difficult to turn. The tool is attached with the circular end clipping on the MAIN SCALE (front) of the tool.
