WhenK4 o p e r a t e s , capactior C12 is t r a n s -
f e r r e d f r o m i t s charging c i r c u i t to the m e t e r and
storage circuit. This s t o r a g e c i r c u i t consists of
capacitor C13. The energy previously s t o r e d in
capacitor C12 has now been deposited in the m e t e r
s t o r a g e c i r c u i t . The voltage potential to which the
m e t e r c i r c u i t c a n become charged is thus directly
proportional to the pulsing speed of r e l a y K4. R e s i s -
tor R36 s e r v e s a s a c u r r e n t limiting r e s i s t o r for
capacitor C12. Adjustable r e s i s t o r s R39 and R41
have beenprovidedfor c a l i b r a t i o n p u r p o s e s . Re-
s i s t o r R40 is also p a r t of the calibrating c i r c u i t .
