10. Troubleshooting

Error
The product is not connected with

and then extract hot water.
Wait for a while till the water �ltration
indicator stops �ashing.
Disconnect the dispenser from the power
supply. Open the machine's top lid and take out
the �lter cartridge, then install it properly.
Take out the tap water tank and change
water.
Check the tap water tank and install it
properly.
Change the �lter cartridge and check it again.
Empty the removable drip tray.
Put the check valve back to the original
position or contact customer services.
Remove the blockage.
Empty the tap water tank and �ltered water
tank, power off, then contact customer services.
Follow the cleaning procedures for �rst time
use.
