Firmware Over the Air (FOTA)
Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) feature allows your device to be updated with latest firmware over the
internet.
When the firmware updates are ready for your device, the device shows the following indications:
A voice announcement sounds that prompts you to restart the device for the firmware installation.
The two white crescent LED blink twice.
NOTE: If your device battery power is low, the device does install the firmware updates.
Your device continues to show the firmware updates indications until you have restarted the device for
every three hours for eight times. You can also use the voice assistant feature to check the firmware
updates for your device.
If you have not restart your device after the eighth firmware updates indications, the device shows the
following indications:
A voice announcement sounds that prompts you to press any button to cancel the auto restart for
the firmware installation.
10 seconds auto restart countdown. The countdown is indicated by the LED bar.
NOTE: If your device battery power is low, the device does not auto restart. Instead, your
device continues to show you the firmware updates indications.
